Responsible for:

Planlegge, iverksette, koordinere og følge opp forsendelse og retur av materiell og personell, basert på kundenes behov. Rollen skal i tillegg ha ansvaret for anskaffelser av materiell og tjenester innenfor rammeavtale og –kontrakt.

Tasks and outputs:
•Innkjøps- og forsyningsansvarlig i respektive operasjonsgrupper (rigglag) og planleggingsteam i bore- og brønnprosjekter
•Foreta avrop mot løpende rammekontrakter og rammeavtaler
•Ansvar for å dele praktisk kontraktserfaring med kontraktsansvarlig og ha god innsikt i lisensens rammekontrakter og rammeavtaler

Assignment description:

The position will handle construction for PRO projects in early phase. Overall responsible for follow the quality and timely delivery of consept study and contractor’s construction engineer discipline in Statoil engineering team.
Mobilise into project management team for the topside modifications part of the Facilities project. Follow up FEED contractor and ensure deliverables relevant to construction in accordance with TR1244. In addition, contribute to deliverables towards DG2 and DG3 in accordance with FR05.

Assignment description:

The Oseberg B drilling upgrade project is a large multidiscipline offshore modification project that passed D3 in January 2009. The objective of the project is to upgrade the drilling facilities so that drilling can be maintained throughout the remaining licence period (2031). The selected concept involves modification/ upgrading of equipment and systems offshore. For this task we need a Technical Leader.

The Technical Leader is responsible for:

Overall responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the engineering and materials in the project.
Ensure good user involvement in the design development phase
Ensure good system functionality and reliability
Ensure adequate onshore testing of systems and equipment prior to offshore installation in order to reduce offshore construction hours
Ensure that interfaces between EPCI contractor and other contractors or operations are formally clarified.
Follow up of contractor’s procurement activities, with special emphasis on securing quality of POs, and reducing risk in the offshore execution phase.
Plan, implement and follow up quality audits and verification activities
Follow up risk related issues

Assignment description:
European TCM CO2 project

The project is initiated to develop new CO2 capture technologies, and to install the worlds first industrial scale demonstration plant for CO2 capture.

The plant will be located at Mongstad, and will use fluegas from both the refinery and a new gas fired power plant under construction.

The project is initiated by the State, and will as a minimum have StatoilHydro and the State (through Gassnova SF) as owners. Project sanction Civil 1 work (site clearing and preparation) is completed.

There are three EPC contracts (Two technology vendors, administration complex), and a set of fabrication contracts for utilities and tie-ins, with construction management assistance.

Tasks:

- Follow-up contractors schedule on site
- Evaluate progress and schedule status
- Evaluate schedule consequences of productivity and delays
- Evaluate schedule consequences of changes
- Propose mitigating actions
- Facilitate schedule risk assessments
- Establish and maintain plans for engineering, procurement and construction with focus on interfaces.
- Contribute to establish system and routines for planning.
- Active follow-up the critical path and remaining float.
- Management of the project control interface towards other relevant contracts, in addition external interfaces that can impact the progress of the project.
- Be proactive in follow up of risk management within the area.
- Input to and establishment of project status reports and presentations.

Qualifications required:

University/college degree in engineering / business administration or equivalent.
