Petromarin AS was founded in 1996 by a group of engineering companies that wished to provide a full range of MC and Commissioning specialist skills to the Norwegian and International oil & gas industries.

PDS Protek AS is a company cooperating with Petromarin AS. They are located in Stavanger and offer services like projection within mechanical professions, poweraccounting, stressanalysis and project- and building management. They also offer consulting within qualityassurance and administrative and tecnical professions.

Petromarin AS is part of the Skandia Miljø Invest group of companies which have there head office in Bergen. The group comprises 6 companies, most of which offer consultancy services to the oil & gas industery, both in Norway and abroad.
